The Operational Challenge
Following an extensive architectural renovation, the villa was blanketed with abrasive plaster dust, paint splatter, and adhesive residues embedded in porous Italian Bottochino marble floors and custom velvet furnishings.
The Strategic Solution Executed
We executed a 5-tier clinical restoration. Utilizing diamond-grit rotary polishing buffers, we restored mirror-gloss crystallization to 4,800 sq ft of marble. HEPA-filtered vacuum extractors decontaminated custom draperies, followed by eco-friendly antimicrobial steam sanitization.
