The Operational Challenge
Building facade regulations prohibited haphazard exterior piping and visible water drip lines. The building also experienced summer voltage fluctuations that frequently damaged inverter compressors.
The Strategic Solution Executed
Designed an integrated mechanical riser shaft with UV-resistant concealed copper trunking, independent vibration-dampening roof brackets, and individual voltage surge suppressors for all 16 units.
